Terms of sale are as follows: Items are sold in "as is" condition only and are available for inspection by appointment only beginning Monday, November 23, 2009 at 701 North Columbia Street, Room 3210, Covington, LA. Inspection appointments may be made by calling 985-809-5300. Sealed bids must be submitted to the Court Administrator, 701 North Columbia St., Covington, LA 70433 before 10:00 a.m. Friday, December 4, 2009 at which time bids will be opened and the highest bid on each item will be accepted. Cash payment for accepted bids is due immediately upon tabulation of bids. Failure to make immediate cash payments renders the bid invalid and the next highest bid will be accepted. All items must be picked up by noon Wednesday, December 9, 2009. Items not picked up timely will be discarded with no refund to purchaser.
